Vaya Space Wins Satellite Launch Contract Awarded by All2Space – Parabolic Arc

Launch Service Provider Teams with CubeSat Developer and Aggregator

CACAO, Fla. (Vaya Space PR) – Vaya Space, Inc., the hybrid vortex-engine rocket company and emerging leader in sustainable access to space, today announced that All2Space has signed an exclusive contract to launch its constellation of satellites with Vaya Space.

All2Space is a CubeSat developer and launch aggregator with a Brazilian Space Agency heritage focused on operations in Latin America, with plans to develop and manage their own constellation. The signing of an agreement between Vaya Space and All2Space will initially focus on the Latin American market, and this contract will further strengthen Vaya’s advantage as a frontrunner in the Latin American space industry.

Vaya Space successfully completed its maiden launch earlier this year. The company also recently announced several agreements with NASA to share technology and demonstrate the performance of the company’s state-of-the-art engines at Stennis Space Center and Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Vaya is expanding its business operations into Florida and Brazil, leveraging their low-cost position and reliability.

In addition to providing launch services for All2Space, Vaya will work with All2Space affiliate Ideia Space to launch a student-built satellite in Brazil as part of their industry-specific training. Building on work with the Michaelis Foundation for Global Education and several US universities, such as Athens State University’s STEM-SAT1 project, this contract will further expand Vaya’s impact by supporting the global STEM education.

“The space industry’s satellite launch sector is expected to grow to more than $1 trillion over the next decade. This represents a significant opportunity for companies that can meet this demand, and we believe we have the differentiated technology and low-cost position that will allow Vaya to gain its fair share of the market,” said new Vaya Space Managing Director Brent Willis. “Being selected by Brazilian technology company All2Space to secure its supply chain for launch into low Earth orbit is testament to what Vaya Space has already achieved, and we expect other SmallSat customers to make similar decisions in the near future.”

About Vaya Space, Inc.

Vaya Space is a private hybrid vortex rocket company based on the Space Coast of Florida with subsidiaries in Brazil. Vaya Space has developed revolutionary and patented technologies that are transforming access to space. Vaya was created in 2017 by Sid Gutierrez, former space shuttle commander and the first American-born Hispanic astronaut. Launch Command’s last words to Sid at liftoff were “Vaya con Dios” versus their traditional “Godspeed”, and shortly after that inspiration, Vaya was born.

Vaya is a goal-oriented, sustainability-driven, and environmentally conscious company dedicated to making a difference for humanity. Vaya Space competes in the estimated $1 trillion small satellite launch business. Vaya’s unique hybrid vortex rockets use the equivalent of 2 million recycled water bottles per launch and overcome the costs and other issues associated with traditional liquid bipropellant rockets to transform industry safety and affordability
